To keep the platform genuine and trustworthy, we ask you to provide proof of interaction—such as a tenancy contract, title deed snippet, booking form, screenshot’s or email confirmation.

This ensures that only real reviews from real people appear on Ameenah. No fake feedback. No edits by companies. Just honest experiences from actual clients.

Why should I trust the reviews on this site?

Answer: We only feature reviews from verified users—every review goes through an approval process ensuring authenticity, helping you confidently connect with Dubai’s top agencies and developers.

Can I submit a review even if I haven’t used an agency yet?

Answer: No—reviews are limited to clients who have actually worked with an agency, developer, or agent. This ensures feedback remains genuine, relevant, and reliable.

How does the verification process work?

Answer: Once signed up and submitting a review you will be asked to verify your interaction with the company you are reviewing. This could be an email, message, screen shot of a tenancy contract/title deed or other forms of proof. None of the verification proof needs to show transactional/financial data- i.e. feel free to avoid showing property costs, rental contract costs or any other sensitive information if you would prefer.

How secure is my personal information?

Answer: Your data is protected using modern encryption and stored securely. We never share personal details publicly, and only display minimal information necessary for trust (e.g., reviewer name and star rating).

How do I get early access to the full platform?

Answer: Submit your name and email via the “Early Access” form. We’ll notify you first, and early-access users get exclusive perks like priority listing and early reviews.
